Brasserie de la Rodaie
In the heart of the vineyards of St Nicolas de Bourgueil, the Brasserie de la Rodaie has naturally found its place. Hervé Morin is a winegrower-brewer who makes beers with character and terroir.
"After selecting the best barley, I boil different malts for several hours according to the original recipe for each FARMER beer. Fermentation takes place over a week at 20°C and the beer is kept in the cold for 2 to 3 weeks at 3°C, before being refermented in the bottle and kept for a few weeks.
All that's left for you to do is savour our white, lager, IPA, amber brown or imperial stout beers chilled to perfection.
